Trump should be denied bail -- and given a gag order. Any other defendant doing what he did -- threatening the Manhattan DA, inciting a violent repeat of January 6 -- would have a gag order and be sent to Rikers to wait for trial.

Since Trump CHOSE to come to NYC for his arrest and arraignment when he could've done this via Zoom, the City should make him foot the bill for all the extra NYPD security.
