5 years ago I had my 1st liver biopsy - This was the last ‘check’ needed before starting the NorUrso phase 3 drug trial. I participated for over 2 years, and would happily do it again. I would encourage all PSC patients to consider participating in research 🙏🏻 #livertwitter #psc

New to the ‘ice bathing’ world and from barely being able to stand in the bath 2 weeks ago, I’m feeling pretty chuffed that I managed 1 min 30s today! - Air temp: 1c & Water temp: 5c ..🥶 Definitely NOT at the stage where I would call this fun, it’s purely a mental challenge!
