Spooktober Day 4: You input the thermal cycling protocol a vital PCR, chant the appropriate incantations and bless the machine with nuclease-free water. You then proceed to remove your lab coat, wash your hands and head out, when you remember: “Did I add BOTH primers?” 💀 💀 💀
