As per yearly tradition, I waited until the night before to write my graduation speech. And as per tradition, despite thinking about it for weeks, I had no clue what theme I was going to center it around until I sat down to write. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Congrats to all the PA EM residency graduates! We thank you for your dedicated and compassionate care of patients across the Commonwealth. PACEP wishes you all the best as you begin your journey as attending physicians in PA and beyond! Check back next week for more programs.

My yearly reminder. You are where you should be. Work hard and embrace challenge. Expertise never just happens without the slow struggle to constantly improve over time. When things get hard remember that it’s those moments that will ultimately make you better. Good luck all.

Really hope the acgme listens to CORD & delaying any recs as advised. Honestly hope if they require a transition to 4 (which is still up in the air) that we dont start until like 2029 at the earliest. Even better would be to take more time and study the decision further.
