Finally a hot day with lots of sun today, and it was around 20°C but I sat outside for 10-15 minutes and got a headache, started sweating, and got dizzy 😭

Last week I got some training at a pharmacy with the cash register and organizing medicine and all that time I could feel my heartbeat and my hands were shaking 😭😭 I was so nervous LOL
