Hurricane Helene has impacted many southeastern states including Florida, Tennessee, Kentucky and some parts of Virginia. Demascus, Virginia was one of the areas hit hard and John Beck elementary school is lending a helping hand to victims in need.

Police say two people were shot here at Sassafras Terrace on E Main Street in Mount Joy. This shooting is connected to another incident in Dauphin County that has part of 147 closed. The two people were taken to the hospital. No word as of yet on their condition.

BREAKING NEWS: A Mobile home in Warwick Township caught fire around 5am. One woman and 3 cats were in the home at the time of the fire. The cats are now dead, but the woman was taken to the hospital for smoke inhalation. WGAL

BREAKING NEWS: Two people were shot here at Hall Manor Plaza project homes in Harrisburg. The call came in at 4:30am and police are now actively investigating. Those two people that were shot were taken to a nearby hospital with gunshot wound injuries.
