Excited to put out a new a pre-print of our work Herbert Irving Comprehensive Cancer Center on early onset colorectal cancer. In it we leverage scRNA seq and a comp tool called VIPER to identify an inflammatory signature similar to colitis associated cancer in early onset tumors. biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
