واصل المشاركون في برنامج بناء القدرات حول دمج أهداف التنمية المستدامة في جهود تطبيق اتفاقية التراث العالمي بالدول العربية، الذي أقيم في موقع التراث العالمي الحجر في محافظة العلا بالمملكة العربية السعودية أنشطتهم، حيث تم في اليوم الثاني زيارة موقع التراث العالمي "الحجر".

شهد اليوم الثالث من برنامج بناء القدرات في موقع التراث العالمي الحجر في العلا، المملكة العربية السعودية زيارة إلى مجموعة من المواقع الهامة في المحافظة، حيث تم التطرق إلى العلاقة بين التنمية المستدامة والتراث العالمي من منظور أشمل.

خلال ورشة دمج أهداف التنمية المستدامة في جهود تطبيق اتفاقية التراث العالمي بالدول العربية، أقيمت جلسة نقاشية حول العوامل المؤثرة على مواقع التراث العالمي. وتناولت الجلسة التحديات البيئية، بما في ذلك تأثيرات التغير المناخي على المواقع التراثية وكيفية التعامل مع هذه المخاطر.

اختتم برنامج بناء القدرات حول دمج أهداف التنمية المستدامة في جهود تطبيق اتفاقية التراث العالمي بالدول العربية، أعماله حيث شهد آخر يوم من ورشة العمل الختامية ضمن البرنامج عرض استراتيجيات الإدارة التي طوّرها المشاركون خلال الورشة.

تعزز #هيئة_التراث بناء القدرات حول تنمية المواقع التراثية وبقائها مستدامة؛ من خلال خلق مجال يتناول فيه الخبراء المعنيون في المنطقة مهاراتٍ تحافظ بدورها على التراث الثقافي وتحقق تنافسيته لدى الدول العربية.

A great workshop with the هيئة التراث, ARC-WH ICOMOS_Agenda2030 ICOMOS and the Royal Commission of AlUla that explores how World Heritage Sites can be the catalyst for sustainable development thinking. We need these discussions and document good practices! #SustainableDevGoals

It was a great discussion to push for culture in Bilbao. The key messages need to go beyond the cultural sector and we need to engage more state actors to achieve this agenda of having a #culture2030goal. UNESCO 🏛️ #Education #Sciences #Culture 🇺🇳 alone cannot change the system. We need to be part of change.

Attended @NEDAhq stakeholders chamber today. It is good that civil society & private companies are being seen as collaborators to the achievement of the #SDGs but I hope to see baseline data of the government and how do they see their work improve people's lives ICOMOS_Agenda2030

Attending the annual meeting of WHITRAP in Hangzhou, China showed me the aspirations of world heritage sites to be more sustainable development focused. We witnessed how Hangzhou West Lake is cleaning its waters to provide better quality of life to citizens. #worldheritage #sdgs

I am glad that we have finally submitted the #worldheritage nomination dossier of the #MayonVolcano Cultural Landscape to the World Heritage Centre. Much work has been & more work is still needed to push this forward. Hoping to inscribe the next #culturalheritage after 26 years!

Just finished the #Mondiacult2025 regional consultation for the Asia Pacific Region. The focus of discussion is the importance of a stand-alone #CultureGoal beyond Agenda 2030. Culture & heritage actors need to unite and collaborate with actors beyond the sector to achieve this

For months, we have diligently worked for the conservation of the Boljoon Pulpit Panels. We did intensive research & executed a conservation treatment plan so they could have a longer life as they return to Boljoon. Thanks to the National Musuem who believed in what we could do

We had students from the Aromatherapy Institute of the Philippines coming from different parts of Luzon to visit our farm in Nueva Ecija. I taught students about plants with aromatic properties and shared their uses. They harvested and made hydosols too! #calahe #avesaromatherapy
