Dr. Camille Baumrucker completed a productive year at the Moffitt Cancer Center and educated us all on the benefit of iNKT cell activation with antitumor CD4T cells in preventing breast cancer. Future cancer curing breast surgeon? We couldn’t be prouder! 🥹🦀🗡️ #BreastSurgery

Another fabulous presentation by Dr. Ryan Lin describing his work assessing resiliency and psychological distress in patients with BKAs versus lower extremity free flaps with our neighbors at Georgetown Plastic Surgery. Taking great care of our patients body AND mind! 🤩#plastics

Next up is Dr. Rob Young who spent the year at the WashingtonDCVAMC explaining how he navigated the VA Vinci to study how elevated HbA1c worsens outcomes in Vets with resected NSCLC. Surg Onc programs should keep an eye on this guy! 👀🇺🇸💪🏻 #surgonc #meded
