Today is #WorldBloodDonorDay. 🩸 Every single day, the amazing volunteers at Freewheelers EVS deliver fresh blood to us. This blood can be lifesaving for our patients. All of this is only possible thanks to people who donate blood. Your kindness saves lives, thank you💚💙

🚁 Did you know? Great Western Air Ambulance Charity (Great Western Air Ambulance Charity) began in 2007 from a single room at Bristol’s Central Ambulance Station. Their first helicopter mission flew on 3 June 2008. Today, GWAAC is one of the busiest Critical Care Teams in the South West.
