So very sad. Bob was a giant in the field-- a brilliant scholar, a great teacher and mentor, and a wonderful colleague. Over the years, he was amazingly supportive of Georgetown Department of Government, including through service as an external reviewer. He will be greatly missed. May he Rest in Peace.
