The dy/dx participants started the week off by learning the importance of aligning their company’s mission, vision and long-term strategies, and embedding them within the internal culture of the organization - from leading founders, partners, and Stanford Graduate School of Business professors.

‘Deciding what not to do is as important as what to do’. Today, our participants dived into leadership styles with Stanford Graduate School of Business Professor Gruenfeld, and to wrap the week, were joined by former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice to discuss decision-making in the global scenario

The dy/dx program’s focus today was to help our startup leaders learn how to convert their followers to customers, maintain a sustainable level of growth, and contemplate the profound influence of technology on humans and society within the context of their business decisions

Starting week 3 with discussions on rooting companies within a culture of collaborative creativity and balancing innovation and optimization.
