We were successful at Appeal in obtaining Planning Permission for a new home in the centre of Duffield village. We developed the original design, and this subsequent redesign after the land was sold. The original plot is in the grounds of a large side garden of the adjacent home.

A project we completed features on George Clarkes Remarkable Renovations tomorrow evening. A Grade II Listed Building that required full renovation works to realise the conversion into a new home. Maintaining an open plan space ensured the character and openness was not lost.

We have recently obtained Planning Approval for significant extensions to an existing Pool House to convert it into a new residential dwelling. The contemporary materials palate takes its cues from the existing building and the design will result in a striking transformation.

Planning Approved for extensions and a complete renewal of the elevations to create a spacious and contemporary family home. Works are to a traditional, albeit dated & cramped existing house in a sought after location on the outskirts of Derby.
