MCA to fix tech issues in portal- In yesterday's Business Standard . News reported by Ruchika. Thanks for raising MCA21 v3 portal issues even now. This shows that it has not fully stabilised. There are quite a few technical issues, esp. after announcement of filing extension. God Save us!

Presently, MCA portal v3 is working at its worst possible level. MCA needs proofs & is asking for details of tickets raised. In an ideal situations, corporates & professionals do not want any extension for annual filing. What they want is working portal irrespective of the load.
