September end is mentally difficult period. It's been 19 years that my father passed away. Almost 2 decades. Everything changed suddenly & permanently. Initial few years were very difficult. Hats off to my mother & elder sister for their courage. Great support by my grandfather🙏

Presently, MCA portal v3 is working at its worst possible level. MCA needs proofs & is asking for details of tickets raised. MCA portal is not working for quite sometime. Yesterday, the issue covered by CNBC Hindi. Portal needs to be significantly revamped - from the perspective of bugs and defects and not from the perspective of features and increasing compliances.

In an ideal situations, corporates & professionals do not want any extension for annual filing. What they want is working portal irrespective of the load.
