Interesting that Jenny Seawright thinks i may have found Sphaerophorus fragilis because at the same quarry i discovered Ophioparma ventosa possibly !Both lichens prefer a higher altitude !๐Ÿ˜ƒ

A few of us from Whitby nats had the honour of surveying Whitby abbey today, mainly for lichens.Ramalina siliquosa was surprisingly common , alongside Diploicia canescens.
