Both are outstanding scores. Both are very different. Both composers I wish scored more Godzilla.

GMK is going to edge it out due to my bias love for Kow Otani. But make no mistake, Reijiro Koroku's Return of Godzilla score is one of the very best.

I knew GxK would be piggybacking off of Minus One's success in Japan. However, using Yamazaki in an ad for it was both brilliant and transparent on Toho's part.

This could be the most successful Monsterverse flick in Japan since 2014.
