Interesting new analysis from ORR on the mechanics of obtaining and using track access rights.
Worth noting that the 84% figure they quote is for passenger operators’ planned use of their rights, as opposed to overall capacity utilisation on the network.

Latest #TAG forthcoming changes published by DfT Department for Transport last week, to go live next month. Includes the refreshed modelling units, Databook updates and other changes.

Last week’s flurry of DfT releases included the updated #LTN on bus priority. Replacing LTN 1/97, this one is called “Bus User Priority” which is a handy reminder that in the end it’s all about the users.
