Foundations and Principles students were able to candle the eggs for their Embryology project this week. 15 out of the 18 eggs are winners. @GISHABC

We had 12 chicks hatch this week. It was a great experience for the students to witness and be part of. All the chicks are doing well and enjoys being taken care of by the Agribusiness students. @GISHABC

Last week students were able to plant the vegetable plants they started in the classroom in our raised garden beds. We’re looking forward to the fresh produce this summer. @GISHABC GIPSFoundation

Exciting day in Advance Agribusiness class. We were able to get the aquaponics tank set and running and thanks to Mr. Woods we have 3 females and 1 male guppy swimming in the tank. @GISHABC

We had the pleasure of University of Nebraska at Kearney Professor Dr. Tenkorang in the principles class to talk about #agribusiness program they have to offer.

Foundations class did not let the drizzle hold them back at the pumpkin patch. They had the opportunity to learn about the history of Helgoths and how far they have come in the produce industry.
