Hypoplastic Left Heart syndrom ,has a high mortality and morbidity, is the major cause of mortality in newborns in their first week of life (25% of cardiac origin death in infants). Prenatal diagnosis of CHD, such as HLHS, is very important for pregnancy counseling.
