How did I miss that #phagetherapy is #4 on a report World Economic Forum on 2023's top 10 emerging #technologies? Gratified that my review Cell Press co-authored w/ #phage luminaries Vivek Mutalik Graham Hatfull & chipatucsd IPATH was cited. #AMR weforum.org/publications/t… via World Economic Forum

Akos T. Kovacs mBio Graham Hatfull Fascinating paper on bacteriophage tRNA-dependent lysogeny by Carlos Guerrero-Bustamante and Graham Hatfull. The link between phage-encoded tRNA genes and lysogeny establishment is intriguing and could have far-reaching implications for our understanding of phage-host interactions.

Had a wonderful visit to Get Your PhD @PittBioSci. Great seeing Graham Hatfull, Jeff Brodsky, @TriggerLoop, Karen Arndt, Andy VanDemark, @KristaGFreeman, and many others. A fantastic chance to return to my undergraduate department. Many thanks to Graham Hatfull for hosting!

Congratulations to Graham Hatfull Graham Hatfull , newly elected member of the National Academy of Sciences!

For this 1st anniversary, a special episode with Professor Graham Hatfull. You you will learn about phage therapy efforts against TB / Mycobacterium abscessus and how endolysins work against these pathogens. open.spotify.com/episode/47uuMr…

❤️ this. One of the monumental efforts in virology & microbiology education/trainings. Graham Hatfull & team SEA-PHAGES and SEA-GENES: Advancing Virology and Science Education | Annual Reviews annualreviews.org/content/journa…

Latest in #G3journal: Bacteriophages can be instrumental in fighting bacterial infections. @KristaGFreeman, Graham Hatfull, and colleagues characterized phage genes with toxic or growth-inhibiting effects resulting in reduced viability or small colony sizes. bit.ly/4fNQI5a

Thrilled to share our last work with Graham Hatfull and C. Chalut @IpbsToulouse reporting the role of trehalose polyphleates in Mycobacterium abscessus fitness and pathogenesis. Many thanks to ANR - Agence nationale de la recherche, Fondation pour la Recherche Médicale, @NIHand HHMI for funding. journals.asm.org/doi/10.1128/mb…
