Pork belly burnt ends tonight. Doubled up on Angus & Oink with the porky white chick rub first and then finished with their red house bbq sauce. Also added honey 🍯, sugar and butter! Fairly simple cook. 4 hours slowly smoking and family loved it.
😆 I’m stuffed Fred Flintstone dinosaur rib from The Ginger Pig OK they’re meaty, tender beef short ribs 😋 Angus & Oink Korean rub Parsnips and 🥕 with honey. Peas by Birds Eye 😂 James Martin recipe Yorkies but added a pinch of bicarb of soda. Puffed up nicely
