I reckon the future of Expressive Arts in Scotland is strong 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 after some great discussions with colleagues today; learning together, looking inwards and outwards to gain perspective on curriculum structure in Expressive Arts. Thanks to Neil Millar for facilitating.
I have always maintained that a strong arts programme both within and outside of the curriculum is a major factor in supporting schools strengthening attendance. The result = higher attainment and achievement for learners. Great to hear this in this week’s #podcast, Gillian Hamilton
