Another lovely class again yesterday, so many brilliant customers walk through our door .... makes my cooking soul sing. It was Spanish Cocas and hazelnut vegan ice cream

After some Spanish Cooking (Asturian Fabada, pan con tomate & Spanish tortillas ) Sophia gets the glasses out for some Spanish wine education 😊
