The reason why the Norse era games are so impactful is because of all the Greece era games that have come before. Going straight to the Norse era when we’ve not seen Kratos’s journey to get him to that point loses so much emotional weight. Flashbacks are just not going to cut it.

As much as I think bringing Ryan Hurst back to play Thor live action is a bit of a no brainer, Ólafsson is a pretty fantastic second choice.

I’ve heard for a while that Sorcerer is an absolute must watch and I can honestly say, I don’t think I’ve ever felt as tense watching a film as I was watching “the bridge” scene. For a film that came out in 1977, it’s insane how they pulled off that set piece fully practical.
