So we are going on a cruise in 45 days. I am starting my Fast Food diet tomorrow. I have been successful at loosing 20 pounds in a month doing this. I am going to post every day what I have.

I only eat once a day, goal is to stay under 700 cal for the day. But still get great tasting food, and a Coke a day (which I must have).
