Visitors to Froward Point NCI this morning. Walking the South West Coast Path in stages in memory of her father and raising funds for Musgrove Park Hospital (Taunton). 600 miles covered so far in 100 days of walking.

One of our Watchkeepers at Froward Point NCI, John, has given 15 years of voluntary service. Here he is, being given his certificate by Station Manager, Glyn.

NCI Froward Point is based at an old battery station built in World War 2. The old bomb blast shutters are still a feature. At the start and of daily Watches, these have to let down and hauled up. They're heavy!
