Cali Day 2- Golden Gate, trolley rides, and California Academy of Sciences- MASD students exploring San Francisco #MASDPROUD

Cali Day 3- Alcatraz was a big hit. The Tech interactive experience was a blast. Students checked the “hack ability” of their security codes, participated in an earthquake simulation and created animated videos. #MASDproud

Cali Day 4- What an amazing day! Rock climbing and hiking to the falls in Yosemite State Park. Some of our students are quite the daredevils- they conquered the most difficult climb while others overcame their initial fear and showed Cali their true Wildcat grit! # MASDproud

Home sweet home! All 20 of our 8th graders have arrived home safely after our amazing journey. Some of them were even hoping the flight was cancelled to get one more day. These are their sad/happy faces faces that we are departing ways. #MASDproud
