Something a bit special: Natalie Hawkrigg has just become the first woman to successfully complete all three major run/swim rounds, so that's the Frog Graham Round, Puddle Buckley and and as of this morning, the Ring of Stirling. Formidable ringofstirling.wordpress.com

Congratulations are due to Mike Clayton who completed a successful solo round on Wednesday, becoming FGRC member 155. Mike zipped round in 14:02, this is fast for a solo round and it's worth highlighting that this was his second attempt in less than 10 days! Well done!

Some incredibly fast Frog Graham Rounds this season! The latest is from Jasmin Paris (Carnethy HRC) and Ellie Johnstone (Pennine FR) who on Saturday stormed round in 13:07, this is very quick and until recently would have claimed the women's fastest time. Outstanding!

First women's round of the year and we have a new fastest time! Lauren Munro-Bennett (Ambleside AC) set out to attack Grace Smith's fantastic time from last year and had to work hard to do it, eventually trimming over 10 minutes to finish in 12:08:09. Well done Lauren!
