This Monday, I'm starting as a software engineer at a packaging distribution company here in Phoenix!

I've had plenty of time to mess around

Now, I get to work.

Just found out I ended up paying $450 for a GSuite Subscription I only used for ~a month about three years ago.

I thought I'd cancelled it long ago, but no - it's been leeching $12/month for years.

Starting to see why consumers are getting sick of this.

I’m at more than 200k followers now across everything.

Somebody asked why I started making content. This is why:

Well over half of the stores & restaurants here have been replaced since then. Maybe as much as 70%.

Every closed storefront is someone’s courageous dream that ended in defeat.

Tough scene.

Spent half an hour this morning making a map of every vacant residential lot in Miami-Dade that is owned by a natural person. (N = 606)

This has gotta be wildly illegal right?

Tooling around this evening, trying to find out what valuable trends I can suss out from Miami-Dade's property data.

For instance, I geocoded the address of every SFH that sold twice in the last year - basically 'fix & flips'.

Then made them into the 'gentrification map' below.
