Prof J.H Teacher 1869-1930, 1st St Mungo Prof of Pathology at @uofglasgow He tirelessly catalogued the work of William Hunter, had a particular interest in gynaecological pathology & worked at Rottenrow too. In the 1930 British Medical Journal we found a copy of his obituary.

We got plums Our Victoria plum tree sits in our Biodiversity Garden & is watched over by Queen Victoria as she graces the museum entrance. The building, designed by James Miller was officially opened in 1914 By King George Plum jam, pear cider, honey....endless possibilities😜

William Leishman 1834-1894 Physician to GRI & Rottenrow. He was Chair of Midwifery @uofglasgow from 1868 and Editor of The Glasgow Medical Journal 1862-1876 His son, Sir William Boog Leishman, the pathologist gave his name to Leishmaniasis. @arascot @archivehashtag
