It is not because the text can be interepreted as a commitment to launch an EU strategy against homelessness that EU policy makers will read it that way.

Further lobbying by UGT Políticas Europeas via European Economic and Social Committee & EUROPEAN TRADE UNIONS, both signatories to #LaHulpe Declaration, will be needed!
