Who's in the wrong here? Those who crossed in front of the van when the red man was showing... And therefore, halting the driver's progress. The van was beyond the stop line, when the lights changed, so can't be done for going through on red.

People really need to be more critical of the stuff they read... Following on from an earlier tweet - 82% increase in fatalities is the same as going from 10 in 10,000 to ~18 in 10,000... That's an extra 8, per 10,000. How does that come across to you? Is it the same as 82%?
