1. There's new fly recording group on X, UK Muscidae & Fanniidae Study Group covering house flies and their relatives (Muscidae) and lesser house flies and their relatives (Fanniidae). That's about 300 spp all told, and some fascinating lifecycles and bio-indicators. But still much to learn about them!
