Making Justice Work for Everyone, Including Youth with Disabilities. On 26th July 2025, Frances K N Ddungu (Smith) FCIArb, LLB,LLM and Ms. Sheila Nabatte🤍 led us in an eye-opening workshop on how #AlternativeDisputeResolution can help make justice more accessible for young people living with disabilities. 💬⚖️.

We had real, honest conversations about the challenges differently abled youth face when trying to resolve conflicts, whether physical, mental, or emotional. 💭 Too often, things like trauma, stigma, or lack of support hold them back from getting the justice they deserve. 🧠💔.

Access to justice shouldn’t be a privilege, it’s a right. ⚖️ We talked about the need for inclusive, fair, and respectful dispute resolution systems. ADR should empower young people living with disabilities, not leave them out. 💪
