On Sunday, the Life Regiment Hussars (K3) received their regimental colours from His Majesty the King. They were joined by members of the Livgardet. The receiving section were also accompanied by Regimental Commander Sven Wrangel and Lt. Col BobbyGripenberg.

Personnel from the Livargdet, Life Regiment Hussars and Navy gathered at Växjö Garrison on Saturday to attend an inspection held by His Majesty the King. The turnout was testament to the Armed Forces' constant readiness to deploy anywhere in support of Sweden's interests.

Pictured below is a Soldat from the Military Police Rangers acting in support of the Swedish Police Authority in enforcing traffic legislation across the Swedish Municipality Fjälke. The move was an attempt to ease the stress and high workload currently placed on the SPA.

Hussars from K3's 323. Airborne Ranger Squadron performed Parachute Deployment drills across fields and farmland in the Swedish Municipality Fjälke. It provided the Soldier's with much-needed training further enhancing their ability and readiness as a quick reaction force.

Personnel from the Swedish Navy have been re-assuring members of the public in Blekinge in Southern Sweden by conducting a series of naval patrols centred around the Karlskrona Örlogsbas. Swedish investment in the Naval Services has been on the rise and the fleet is set to grow.

Forces Headquarters are keeping a close eye on the situation regarding the Åland Islands. Personnel from the Life Regiment Hussars (K3) have been deployed to the region under Colonel Sven Wrangel. Sweden's assets will always be protected by the crown whenever threatened.

Pictures released from K3's first day on operational deployment to the Åland region. Multiple foreign gunmen staged assaults on the garrisoned personnel, but the Swedish Forces (alongside their colleagues at the Åland Police Service) successfully repelled the attacks.
