Most underrated way to help a campaign is getting a big list of voters and actually calling through hundreds of them with a script from the campaign. If you can do that you are a supervolunteer. It is a hard to fill job and it matters.

It’s Labor Day weekend! Unions fight for working people & are responsible for successfully lobbying policymakers to legislate minimum wages, overtime pay, & paid time off. We’re not done w/ this work but we’re further along because unions engage the political system. 41 days!

America’s support for unions is higher today than at any time in nearly 60 years. But Congress needs to pass the Protecting the Right to Organize Act to make it easier to form a union and fight for your fair share.

There is no moral justification for today’s extraordinary concentration of wealth. It is distorting our politics, rigging our markets, and granting unprecedented power to a handful of people. Wealth can’t be separated from power. Power begets wealth and wealth begets power.
