In EYFS today the children were learning to build numbers beyond ten using tens frames and counters White Rose Education

In Year 1 & 2, the children were working with Mrs Elliott to use spring balances to measure the weight (the force of gravity) of objects in the classroom. Great work, children! 👏 White Rose Education

In PSHE today, the children were exploring different emotions, in particular, empathy. Can you guess what emotions they are trying to portray?

In Year 3-4 today, the children were making pictures in the style of a Roman mosaic! 👏

Rev. Dan lead our Collective Worship about the acronym WWJD, which encourages us to model our behaviour on that of Jesus, asking themselves how Jesus would respond in their situation!

The pupils in 5-6 very much enjoyed their WWII Day at Roxwell C of E Primary School today! They learnt so much, including how to use morse code, what evacuees would have taken with them, and what it was like when the air raid siren went off!

We were really excited to be awarded Golden Work today! 😊

Don’t forget that FRIDAY is a non-uniform day in return for a donation of a bottle for our tombola!

Mrs M was so impressed with these children’s Fact Files today, she awarded them Golden Work! Well done for great presentation and for including so many facts! 👏
