Forás pop up last night celebrating females in the industry, by Roisin & Ailish O'Neill. Fav dish probably this roscoff onion soup with comté crisp & gnocchi, inspired by dominique crenn, but lots of highlights and surprises throughout. Hopefully won't be a one off...
