Following our Staff V Pupils golf match on Friday (which the staff won), our golfers played Carnoustie Golf Links today for the Angus Secondary competition. They braved the rain and did very well considering their age/experience. Lewis managed a tied 4th in the net stableford 37pts.

Scottish schools curling championships Forfar Academy took three teams along last week. FA Sky Blue (grey) team made it out the group & got to the semi-final, narrowly losing in the 6th end to St Josephs College from Dumfries. Well done to all involved! #FORteamwork

Seniors win Semi-final ⚽️🏆 We travelled to Carnoustie for our Angus Cup semi-final. A very competitive game seen both teams take the lead at different points, with Forfar eventually running out 5-4 victors. Goals - Balfour x3, Crighton, Duncan #FORteamwork #FORbeingthebest

Well done to Robbie (S2) who took part in the National Schools Aquathlon Championships on Friday in Glenrothes. He finished 87th with a time of 19 minutes. Great effort in his first ever Aquathlon. Well done Robbie!

Lyall (S5) was recently selected to play for the U19 Scotland Water Polo team to compete in national championships in Gloucester. Lyall’s team won bronze, the first time a Scottish team have medalled in 6 years! Well done to Lyall and his team! #FORteamwork #FORbeingthebest
