We welcomed Prof Kolawale Falade, University of Ibadan, at Food Science and Nutrition at Leeds, to develop research collaborations on drying methods for plants with natural bioactive components possessing antimalarial, antimicrobial, antidiabetic, antioxidant & anti-inflammatory properties.
The National Alternative Protein Innovation Centre (NAPIC) is announced today, with £38m support by Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research, Innovate UK and partners.
