Progress has been made, but we need still more (and better!) #foodallergy #awareness and #education. For example, there remains a great deal of misinformation shared about #peanutallergy vs other #foodallergies.

Definitely a good idea to visit a board certified allergist. Avoiding tree nuts when one only has #peanutallergy is questionable advice in 2023. Also, it's a good idea to ask for a proximity challenge as well. #foodallergies #foodallergy
