Man's will to survive in prison is unmatched in nature. No one in his right mind wants to die in there. I didn't. I told myself day after day, "you will not die in here! One more day, come on Rich, one more day! You must get back out to your family one more day!"

Part of this conversation is definitely about the calendar - which is awesome - but a lot of it is about movement defense, prisoner support, solidarity, the various ways that prisons f*ck with people and fighting back.
