Can anyone explain why Humza Yousaf can’t step down straight away? The SNP have a Depute Party Leader who has 6 years experience in the role (@KeithBrownSNP) and Holyrood has a Deputy First Minister in Shona Robison MSP. If they can’t do the jobs why have them in those posts at all?
