Q:Why Do I need Flint House?
A:Being a police officer takes its toll, physically and mentally. No matter how young you are you can suffer from an injury or illness, affecting your ability to serve and your family relationships. Flint House exists to help you to heal #HelpAndHeal

Flint House is a charity, funded by donations from those in the police service and their families. It is with these generous donations that we help and heal over 3,500 serving and retired police officers each year, providing physical rehabilitation and mental health support.

Our well-equipped gym and exercise space includes free weights and state of the art machines such as Watt Bikes, Concept 2 Rowing Machines and Anti-Gravity Treadmills. Every gym session is personalised to your needs, to assist your strength and recovery.
