New Year new postdoc! Welcome to William Broomhead, our newest post-doctoral researcher! William is joining up from Chemical Engineering & Applied Chemistry @ U of T, where he received his PhD in Chemical Engineering. He will be investigating the selective oxidation of polyols.

Over the winter months one of our postdocs Dr. Minju Chung finished her work with us. Minju Chung is moving on to her Assistant Professorship at CBE KAIST! We hope to see you at conferences in the future!

Recently, another of our Postdocs - Dr. Yu Guo - finished her work with us. Dr. Guo will continue her work as a Research Scientist at ADM! We are excited to see what she accomplishes in the future!

Our new ACS Catalysis paper uses in situ and operando Raman spectroscopy to highlight how silver surfaces stabilize diatomic oxygen species, leading to interesting correlations to selectivity. Check it out here: doi.org/10.1021/acscat…
