Some people think a workshop/book/diet/program/coach/trainer is the thing that will fix everything for them somehow hoping they can still avoid the actual issue. Sometimes this is unconscious & we just keep looking out there thinking that’s the way to feel better.

Ultimately you STILL have to face YOU and everything that is inside you - taking a program/workshop or hiring a coach/mentor can sometimes be a way to THINK you’re addressing what’s “wrong” but the truth is sometimes it’s still just avoidance.

…give your mind a break but also figure out what childhood trauma is keeping you stuck. But you don’t have to remember what exact event caused it, because you can heal by doing hypnotherapy or using crystals while also cleansing your aura…

…make sure you wake up at 4:30am every day so you can workout, meditate, journal, eat the frog… but also get 9 hours of sleep every night otherwise your mind and body can break down, remember never to snooze because no successful person ever does…
