Excited for our review (led by Ran Nathan) to be published today in Science Magazine covering the amazing research occurring with high-resolution tracking. So many things are possible now. E.g. Understanding shorebirds' movement with the tide @AllertBijleveld @NIOZnieuws
The Lake Fish Telemetry Group is now in its fifth year! This #MSR project is an international, multidisciplinary collaboration pushing forward understanding of fish ecology and behaviour. The third Lake Fish Telemetry Group workshop will be held this month in České Budějovice.
Lake telemetry project started. First Ran Nathan celebrating our Science paper that emerged from last workshops prior to Corona. Thanks Ran Nathan for herding and leading. Lake Fish Telemetry Group
Special guest Niels Dingemanse at Lake Fish Telemetry Group workshop presenting important framework linking behaviour and life history. Nice to have the animal "personality" guru joining us.
Exciting discussions happening at the Lake Fish Telemetry Group workshop in the Czech Republic! 🐟 Robert Arlinghaus (moved to Blue Sky) Niels Dingemanse Ran Nathan Christopher Monk Tomas Brodin Alternet #telemetry
In our new paper led by Robert Lennox we provide a summary for how to apply telemetry to study fish. A big joint achievement of many in the field that started at the Lake Fish Telemetry Group. With many co-authors such as Josep Alos @SJC_fishy Tomas Brodin and more besjournals.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/20…
