Sunday takeaway: Deny myself. Take up the cross. Jesus is King. If my burdens seem too heavy, perhaps I’m adding needlessly to my cross. Let those things go to God. Eyes ahead on the things of the Kingdom.

Further thoughts on denying ourselves & taking up the cross daily: When we deny ourselves, we become untouchable. It is not us who live, but Christ who lives in us.

Still on for Sunday! We’ll keep the doors propped open so the “high touch areas” are avoided. God is good all the time.
