To add a little more nuance to this. - It's not the middle layer always that's the issue. Regardless of one's level, if your task is repeatable and an easy win for Agentic adoption, it will be taken over. Doesn't matter middle or jr. level - It's not that people are not

Some really interesting companies have come on the surface due to massive growth in LLMs across functions & industries. And surprisingly, all these are from tier 2/3 cities. We should see some very interesting IPOs that are a direct proxy of LLM burgeoning.

All we need is a small ear piece kind of a device capable of doing this live in a meeting or a call. Both parties wear it and choose the language of choice and that's it. No need to waste time learning language for years when you have so much to learn in other more meaningful
