Automatic payment alerts: Finma scans through and intelligently creates upcoming expenses. You don’t even need to manually add your Netflix sub. Also supports multiple alerts so you can get alerted multiple times for the same expense from up to a week in advance.

Finma Finma does something that nobody else does, it even parses transaction emails, no need to wait for next month's credit card statement. The parser is fully user customisable so advanced users can even add their own support.

For some cards who send OTP on email as well like SBI/Yes Bank, this means every single expense on your credit card is kept up to date.

Finma v1.5 is out. It’s a major update and comes with Plaid support. Sync directly with 100s of banks across US & Canada. To maintain our commitment to privacy, no customer data is stored outside device. Transactions are synced directly to device using our server as a proxy.

Finma v1.5 comes with SMS Automation. SMS based txn extraction is now possible on iOS too. Built this cool setup tutorial that made use of the picture in picture API to guide users. App review rejected it. :\ Ended up implementing a web based workaround (demo in thread 👇).

AI assisted CSV mapping. Had a lot of fun building this, probably the best CSV import feature in any app. - Not limited to any particular csv format - Auto matches fields across any language - Maps accounts/categories to app’s built-in ones - Multi-currency support

Automate expense tracking from SMSs on iOS using Shortcuts. Example: Order from Swiggy, Finma logs it instantly, and see it on your widget — all without even opening the app.
